  6.     DLIBS is a complete, enhanced, replacement set of library routines intended
  7.     to work with the Alcyon/DRI/Atari Developer's Kit C compiler.  Beta testers
  8.     report significantly smaller, faster programs from DLIBS.  It includes many
  9.     routines found in Microsoft C 4.0 for the IBM PC, plus a number commonly 
  10.     found in the Unix environment, that are missing from Alcyon C.  DLIBS is 
  11.     public domain and includes complete source code and documentation.  It 
  12.     (probably) can be converted to Mark Williams C, and is being used by Mark 
  13.     Mark Johnson's shareware C compiler and the new Sozobon C.  DLIBS is by 
  14.     MAST's own Dale Schumacher of Syntelligence, Inc.  Read the DOC file for 
  15.     more information.  Thanks Dale for the great contribution.  This is version
  16.     1.2 with more complete support for the Unix environment.
